This big bold Shiraz has deep rich colour, aromas of vanilla and red fruits, combine with flavours of berries and vanilla to produce a typical Coonawarra earthy full-bodied style.

Rose-pink in colour with delicate aromas of fresh strawberry and raspberry. Ripe red fruit flavours fill the palate with just an off-dry level of residual sugar.

A cool-climate Pinot Grigio from the slopes of the Adelaide Hills, this wine has wonderful varietal style: soft orchard fruit aromas, and a palate of crisp apple and pear, balanced by a delicate finish.

Grown on mature vines, this Chardonnay opens with pale straw-gold colour, and aromas of white peach and tropical fruits. The refreshing palate has lively stone fruit and melon balanced by a creamy mouthfeel and a lingering finish. Vegan, no animal products used.

Crafted from select parcels of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier from cool climate vineyards in Victoria and South Australia. Night harvesting maintains fresh flavour while malolactic fermentation adds complexity and elegance. It is softly textured with good fruit weight and persistent flavour, finishing dry and clean with crisp acidity. An outstanding sparkling wine.

This is a premium quality luscious earthy full bodied sparkling Shiraz that manages to balance rich fruit flavours and light sweetness together with a soft finish. Lightly chill and drink with duck or turkey.
