Auroras Dragon Boat Team

A single-vineyard, hand-picked basket-pressed Cabernet sourced from a 20 acre vineyard south-west of the Coonawarra township, planted in the early 1980’s. After malolactic fermentation, it received 18 months barrel maturation in a mix of old and new French oak. It has dark crimson colour, aromas of red fruits and currants, and a palate stacked with mouthwatering flavours of berry fruit, black olive and herbs. An elegant Cabernet with lingering tannins.

This classic Hunter Shiraz opens with aromas of plum fruit, chocolate and vanilla. Sweet Shiraz fruit and spicy peppery characters are evident on the palate, which is supported by the integration of tannins.

This Rose is produced from premium Merlot fruit. The wine features a vibrant magenta hue. Inviting aromas of strawberry, plum and rose petal lift from the glass. The generous palate features fresh sweet red berry fruit and tropical melon, with firm acidity creating a lovely balance. Vegan: no animal products used.

Classic Marlborough Sav Blanc, opening with herbaceous aromas and hints of tropical fruit. A wonderfully balanced style, with a fruit salad bowl of flavours, balanced by a crisp dry finish. Vegan: no animal products used.

A cool-climate Pinot Grigio from the slopes of the Adelaide Hills, this wine has wonderful varietal style: soft orchard fruit aromas, and a palate of crisp apple and pear, balanced by a delicate finish.

Chardonnay fruit was harvested in the cool of night to preserve freshness. The result is a soft round style, with flavours of peach and tropical fruit balanced by a zesty refreshing finish. Best enjoyed young.
