Prospect Wines: About Us

The owners of Prospect Wines have been involved in wine retailing for years

Those shops have since been sold and we now operate out of a warehouse in Blackburn, where we specialise in the supply of our own brand of wine under the Prospect Wines label. We have a small retail outlet at our warehouse and we only sell our own wines.

The vast majority of our wine sales are for private label wines. A private label can be for weddings, fundraising, birthdays, corporate gifts, Christmas, or any other reason you can think of regardless of the quantity. We will even do it for one bottle!

So what do we actually do?

Wines

The selection of our wines is based on three important factors:

1. The needs of our customers: it must be a style that is popular with you, our customers
2. The quality of the wine
3. The value for money it represents.

We have to consider all of those factors when deciding which wines to use under our name. Our brand and our reputation are important to us, so we make sure that all our wines pass all 3 requirements. It means that we are happy to give a guarantee on the quality.

We sell to Restaurants, Bars, Liquor Stores, Vineyards branded with their own label.  Their own HOUSE Wine.

We have a large and changing selection of wines from all major regions of Australia, such as Margaret River, Coonawarra, Mornington Peninsula, Geelong, McLaren Vale, Heathcote, Barossa Valley & Hunter Valley. Fundraising Wines:

On this website we take online orders only for some participating fundraisers that wish to use this facility. The list of participating online fundraisers is shown on the Order page. If you order a fundraiser wine they will come packed with their own exclusive label designed just for each separate fundraiser. A healthy portion of the sales value is paid to the fundraiser group as their profit.
