Matured in both new and seasoned French oak hogsheads for 18 months. Dense inky black heart with a very deep dark red-black hue. Lifted ripe blackcurrant and black olive aromas, followed by tobacco, earth and bay leaf notes. Rich blackcurrant fruit floods the medium to full-bodied palate with notes of mulberry, vanillin cedar, earthy tobacco and black olive, with spicy dried herb characters also chiming in. A ripe sturdy tannin structure lends a firm feel to the long blackcurrant-driven finish.

Aromatics of blackberry, dark plum, blueberry and dried herbs are complemented by notes of mocha and toasted oak. The palate displays great elegance and length, featuring a firm yet fine tannin structure and a bounty of sweet dark berry fruits. Vegan: no animal products used.

An old-vine, single-vineyard, hand-picked, basket-pressed Shiraz. Only premium bunches of Shiraz grapes were selected for this wine. It opens with classic plum and spice aromas with hints of vanilla, and deep colour. The palate is rich and round, with classic varietal flavours of ripe plum and mulberry, balanced by elegant tannins.

This lush red blend opens with rich red colour with hints of purple. It has aromas of red berrY, cherry and a touch of Cabernet spiciness. The palate has abundant plum and blackcurrant, with soft tannins mellowed by the typical Merlot smoothness.

Pale red in colour, with aromas of black cherry, spice and sweet oak. The palate has luscious dark berry fruits, balanced by fine tannins on the smooth dry finish.

A cool-climate Pinot Grigio from the slopes of the Adelaide Hills, this wine has wonderful varietal style: soft orchard fruit aromas, and a palate of crisp apple and pear, balanced by a delicate finish.

The cool climate of the Adelaide Hills is perfect for ripening Sauvignon Blanc. This wine shows excellent varietal definition with soft tropical fruit aromas and a palate of ripe fruit while maintaining a delicate crisp finish.

Made from a blend of premium Semillon and Chardonnay grapes, grown around the Hunter Valley region in NSW. A soft medium-bodied flavoursome white wine, with minimal oak and a crisp dry finish.

From hand pruned, hand harvested and low yield vines in the Dixons Creek region. Maturation in French oak for 9 months combined with several years bottle ageing result in a Chardonnay with a golden colour and a rich nose. Crafted from select parcels of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier from cool climate vineyards in Victoria and South Australia. Night harvesting maintains fresh flavour while malolactic fermentation adds complexity and elegance. It is softly textured with good fruit weight and persistent flavour, finishing dry and clean with crisp acidity.

A premium quality luscious earthy full bodied sparkling Shiraz that manages to balance rich fruit flavours and light sweetness together with a soft finish. Drink lightly chilled. Perfect paired with spicy foods, duck or turkey.

Made from a blend of predominately Shiraz and Grenache grapes, fully ripened to give concentrated fruit flavour. After some partial fermentation to retain some sweetness, the grapes were pressed and fortified in oak for an average of 8 years. It opens with medium tawny colour and aromas of ripe dark fruit and nuts with barrel aged characters. The lingering palate has well-integrated fruit, chocolate and nutty flavours balanced by hints of oak. 750ml
