This wine has bright colour with ripe fruit aromas, and sweet berry flavours on the front of the palate backed up with a dry finish and well-handled oak. Will reward cellaring.

This wine forms part of our Super Premium range which are all old-vine, single-vineyard, hand-picked and basket-pressed reds. On harvesting, only premium bunches of Shiraz grapes were selected for this wine. It displays great colour and classic varietal flavours, and opens with classic aromas of plum and spices with hints of vanilla. The palate is rich and round, showing ripe plum and mulberry fruit with elegant tannins and lingering mouthfilling flavours.

Australia’s best Pinot’s come from cool climates and this one is a stunning example. It has dense colours and an attractive nose of red berries with a firm mid palate of fresh cherry and plum. An elegant well-structured wine with a silky-smooth finish. Vegan: no animal products used.

This 2019 wine is produced from premium Merlot fruit. The wine features a vibrant magenta hue. Inviting aromas of strawberry, plum and rose petal lift from the glass. The generous palate features fresh sweet red berry fruit and tropical melon, with firm acidity creating a lovely balance. Vegan: no animal products used.

The cool climate of the Adelaide Hills is perfect for ripening Sauvignon Blanc. This wine shows excellent varietal definition with soft tropical fruit aromas and a palate of ripe fruit while maintaining a delicate crisp finish.

This delightful Chardonnay is rich and creamy on the palate. It is full-bodied, with aromas of citrus fruit. Aged in oak and lightly spicy. Enjoy with seafood, Asian dishes and light pastas.
