The grapes for this Riesling were grown on low-yielding vines on the high slopes of the Clare Valley. On the nose it has lively fresh lime, while the palate has soft citrus and spice flavours with a refreshing crisp dry finish.

This reserve Pinot Gris has delicious fruit characters with flavours of citrus and apple. It follows through with a crisp dry finish. Enjoy with a simple plate of your favourite pasta.

Rose-pink in colour, with a delicate fragrance of fresh strawberries and raspberries. Ripe red fruit flavours fill the palate with just an off-dry level of residual sugar. A perfect luncheon rosé.

Pale red in colour, with aromas of black cherry, spice and sweet oak. The palate has luscious dark berry fruits, balanced by fine tannins on the smooth dry finish.

This is a very approachable Clare Shiraz with sweet fruit on the nose, hints of white pepper, rich mouth filling flavours and great tannins to give a great balance. Will improve with age. Vegan: contain no animal products.

This luscious Cabernet has dark red colour, aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry and mint, lingering mouthfilling flavours and firm well-balanced tannins. Vegan: contain no animal products.

Typical Hunter Valley Merlot: deep red to purple in colour, with aromas of mulberry fruit and white spice, balanced by hints of cherry and plum. A smooth drink-now style.
