Lifted ripe blackcurrant and black olive aromas, followed by tobacco, earth and bay leaf notes. Rich blackcurrant fruit on the medium to full-bodied palate, with notes of mulberry, vanillin cedar, earthy tobacco, black olive, and spicy dried herbs. Ripe sturdy tannins lend a firm feel to the long blackcurrant-driven finish. |
