A lively vivid style with lifted fresh fruit aromas. It is fresh and sweet, with mouth filling tropical fruit flavours, well balanced by hints of citrus tang. The low alcohol and slight “frizzante” sparkle make this an appealing wine.

From hand pruned, hand harvested, low yield vines in the Dixons Creek region. Maturation in French oak for 9 months, combined with several years bottle ageing, create a Chardonnay with golden colour and rich aromas. The palate is rich and creamy with well-balanced buttery characters. A full-flavoured oaky style with lingering persistence. Vegan: no animal products used.

Pale red in colour, with aromas of black cherry, spice and sweet oak. The palate has luscious dark berry fruits, balanced by fine tannins on the smooth dry finish.

A classic example of the full-flavoured red wines from central Victoria. It has bright red colour, with sweet fruit on the nose and hints of vanilla and chocolate. The palate is smooth and shows flavours of plum and redcurrant fruits, finishing with fine grained tannins.
