This Shiraz has rich aromas of spicy fruit and vanilla. The palate is full-flavoured and earthy, with hints of plum and fine vanilla, firm tannins and a lingering dry finish.

This lush red blend opens with rich red colour with hints of purple. It has aromas of red berries, cherry and a touch of Cabernet spiciness. The palate has abundant plum and blackcurrant, with soft tannins mellowed by the typical Merlot smoothness.

The cool climate of the Adelaide Hills is perfect for ripening Sauvignon Blanc. This wine shows excellent varietal definition with soft tropical fruit aromas and a palate of ripe fruit while maintaining a delicate crisp finish.

The fruit was harvested in the cool of the night to preserve freshness. The result is a soft and round style with flavours of peach, tropical fruit and a zesty refreshing finish.

The grapes for this Riesling were grown on low-yielding vines on the high slopes of the Clare Valley. On the nose it has lively fresh lime, while the palate has soft citrus and spice flavours with a refreshing crisp dry finish.
