Grown on the limestone slopes of McLaren Vale, this medium-weight Shiraz has aromas of vanilla oak. Aged in American oak, it has a rich palate of plum and blackcurrant flavours.

This wine forms part of our Super Premium range which are all single vineyard, hand-picked and basket pressed reds. Sourced from a 20 acre vineyard south west of the Coonawarra township planted in the early 1980’s. After malolactic fermentation it was transferred to a mix of old and new French oak for 18 months barrel maturation It has dark crimson colour, an aroma of red fruits and currants while the palate is stacked with mouthwatering flavours of berry fruits, black olives and herbs. An elegant Cabernet with lingering tannins.

Australia’s best Pinot’s come from cool climates and this one is a stunning example. It has dense colours and an attractive nose of red berries with a firm mid palate of fresh cherry and plum. An elegant well-structured wine with a silky-smooth finish.
No animal products used in the winemaking process, vegan-friendly.

This wine is rose-pink in colour with a delicate fragrance of fresh strawberries and raspberries. Ripe red fruit flavours fill the palate with just an off-dry level of residual sugar. A perfect luncheon rosé.

A cool-climate Pinot Grigio from the slopes of the Adelaide Hills, this wine has wonderful varietal style: soft orchard fruit aromas, and a palate of crisp apple and pear, balanced by a delicate finish.

This is crafted from select parcels of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier from cool climate vineyards in Victoria and South Australia. Night harvesting maintains fresh flavour while malolactic fermentation adds complexity and elegance. It is softly textured with good fruit weight and persistent flavour, finishing dry and clean with crisp acidity. An outstanding sparkling wine.
