This is a very approachable Clare Shiraz with sweet fruit on the nose, hints of white pepper, rich mouth filling flavours and great tannins to give a great balance. Will improve with age.

This luscious Cabernet has dark red colour, aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry and mint, lingering mouthfilling flavours and firm well-balanced tannins. Drink now or age for 3 to 5 years.

Pale red in colour, with aromas of black cherry, spice and sweet oak. The palate has luscious dark berry fruits, balanced by fine tannins on the smooth dry finish.

This wine was cool-fermented in stainless steel and some French oak with lees stirring. It shows good varietal character with hints of peach and citrus.

This wine is intensely flavoured with hints of tropical fruit and herbaceous aromas. A wonderfully balanced style with a fruit salad bowl of flavours and finishing with a crisp dry finish.

This is crafted from select parcels of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier from cool climate vineyards in Victoria and South Australia. Night harvesting maintains fresh flavour while malolactic fermentation adds complexity and elegance. It is softly textured with good fruit weight and persistent flavour, finishing dry and clean with crisp acidity. An outstanding sparkling wine.
