Yarra River Dragons

Sourced from a vineyard in south-west Coonawarra, planted in the early 1980’s. After malolactic fermentation, it received 18 months barrel maturation in both old and new French oak. It has dark crimson colour, aromas of red fruits and currants, and a palate of mouthwatering berries, black olive and herbs, balanced by lingering tannins.

This Shiraz opens with aromas of plum fruit, chocolate and vanilla essence. Sweet shiraz fruit and spicy peppery characters are evident on the palate, supported by well-integrated tannins.

Produced from premium Merlot fruit. This Rosé has vibrant magenta hues. Inviting aromas of strawberry, plum and rose petal lift from the glass. The generous palate features fresh sweet red berry fruit and tropical melon, with firm acidity creating a lovely balance. Vegan; no animal products used.

A cool-climate Pinot Grigio from the slopes of the Adelaide Hills, this wine has wonderful varietal style: soft orchard fruit aromas, and a palate of crisp apple and pear, balanced by a delicate finish.

The fruit was harvested in the cool of the night to preserve freshness. The result is a soft and round style with flavours of peach, tropical fruit and a zesty refreshing finish. Perfect to drink now.
